About us

Sonja is a highly experienced dietitian, with a passion for her work. She graduated from Trinity College with a BSc. (Hons) (Human Nutrition and Dietetics) in 2007. She is trained in the low FODMAP diet and has completed level 2 behaviour change training. Having worked for over 14 years as a Community Dietitian in the HSE Sonja brings experience in working with both young children and adults. Her areas of particular interest are allergies, gut health, weight management and type 2 diabetes. Sonja has worked extensively supporting children with disabilities, new mothers and babies.

Sonja is CORU state registered Dietitian in Ireland. Sonja is also an active member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI).

deirdre mullally

Deirdre is a Dietitian with a holistic approach to nutrition and diet. She obtained a BSc in Human Nutrition Dietetics in 2016 and is currently studying a Masters in Public Health Sciences. Deirdre has experience in areas of nutrition spanning the lifecycle – from pre-pregnancy nutrition all the way to nutrition for the older person. She also has experience in both hospital and primary care settings, as well as in nutrition research. Specific areas of interest include plant-based nutrition, infant weaning and nutrition for healthy aging. Deirdre is a CORU-registered Dietitian and a member of the INDI.

Olivia has 19 years’ experience working in various acute and community settings. Olivia’s areas of expertise include: service management, disability, paediatrics, nutrition support and chronic disease within the acute and primary care setting. Having graduated from the University of Ulster, Coleraine in 2000 with a BSc (Hons) Human Nutrition and Dietetics: Olivia worked for nine years in the acute hospital services in Dublin including AMNCH, Tallaght, the Mater Hospital and Temple Street. In 2009, Olivia moved to community dietetics; working in adult disability, mental health and primary care. Olivia is a CORU Registered Dietitian and active member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI). She completed a Diploma in Health Service Management in 2006 and PgCert Management and Leadership in 2016.
