Personalized Nutrition Counseling

In these sessions, we will work with you to develop a nutrition plan that supports you in achieving your health and wellness goals. During the initial session, we perform a comprehensive assessment of your medical, nutrition and weight histories, as well as medications, supplements, food allergies, preferences and other lifestyle factors.

Follow-up sessions are scheduled to track your progress, identify and address challenges and provide overall support as you work toward your goals.
